Status Keeper Refund Policy

When you subscribe to Status Keeper, your subscription will renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle, and the subscription fee will be charged accordingly. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you need to cancel your subscription before the current cycle ends.

If you do not have a free trial, we offer a money-back guarantee for your initial payment within 48 hours. You can request a refund of your subscription fee by contacting us at [email protected].

Please note that you can only receive a refund if you made the initial payment no more than 48 hours before the refund request. If you cancel your subscription after it has already been renewed, a refund is not possible, unless the applicable law states otherwise.

Please be aware that we cannot manage refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Free Trial

If you are currently using a free trial, you can cancel your subscription before the trial period expires. Here are the instructions for canceling your free trial through the App Store:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription you wish to cancel.
  5. Scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button and tap Cancel Subscription.

Here are the instructions for canceling your free trial on Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play store app.
  2. Tap the profile icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription you wish to cancel.
  5. Tap the Cancel subscription option.

Please note that subscribers who are using the free trial are not eligible for a refund.
