By using Status Keeper, you confirm that all the information you provided is correct and belongs to you. If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16 years old to sign up and use the app.
Status Keeper allows users to view, save and share WhatsApp statuses. Users can use the app to view the latest updates of their contacts' statuses and save them to their device's storage for future viewing. Additionally, users can easily share their saved statuses with their contacts. The app is available for use on iOS and Android on a pre-paid basis.
We offer three Subscription plans: Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly. All of these plans come with a free trial period for new subscribers and allow you to view status updates of up to 10 contacts. The Subscription is meant for personal use only and cannot be shared with individuals or legal entities.
Our app can be installed on an unlimited number of your devices. When your current Subscription period ends, it will automatically renew for the same duration as the original one.
Note that we may change the prices and terms of Subscriptions without advance notice, but we will post any changes on the app.
If you decide to cancel your Subscription, you can do so through the Apple App Store or Google Play. To learn more about how to cancel a Subscription, please read our full `Refund Policy`.

You may only use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the app. By accessing the app, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

We value your privacy and follow the guidelines set out in our `Privacy Policy`. Please note that although we may have access to your chats, we do not save or use this information and will not be held accountable for it.
When you use Status Keeper, the app needs permission to access your WhatsApp account to work properly. We don't collect or use any data from your WhatsApp account for anything other than the app's proper functioning. By using Status Keeper, you agree to grant the necessary permissions to access your WhatsApp account, so you can fully enjoy the app's features.
The Status Keeper app is provided as-is, with no warranties of any kind. We cannot ensure that the app will always meet your specific expectations or needs, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available, running without interruption, secure, or free of errors.
Please note that if you use the Status Keeper app or violate any of the Terms, you will be responsible for any costs, expenses, damages, liabilities, losses, demands, disputes, claims, and legal or accounting fees that arise. This includes indemnifying and holding harmless the app, its directors, employees, officers, agents, and partners from any such claims or expenses.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page. It is your responsibility to review it from time to time to stay informed about any changes.
